Sometimes the stillness is what brings the truth to the surface.

We live in a world full of movement—constant doing, chasing, proving. But when we slow down, when we sit beside the quiet stream or watch ripples dance across the surface of a lake, something shifts. Our questions rise gently to meet us.

Am I becoming who I want to be?

Have I made space to listen—really listen—to what God might be whispering?

What have I been too busy to feel?

Stillness doesn’t give us all the answers, but it does give us room to ask better questions.

And sometimes, that’s where healing begins.
