Seventeen miles from the nearest town, an isolated country house stands beside a neglected cemetery. For Tessa Calloway, it should have been nothing more than a quiet place to live.
Until the dreams begin.
A little boy stands beside an empty road, crying without making a sound. A woman steps out of a car. Headlights approach. An engine roars.
Night after night, Tessa finds herself drawn deeper into a tragedy she has no reason to know.
Seven years earlier, Rebecca Stevens was killed in a hit-and-run. The crime involved a stolen car, an armed robbery, and a man whose connection to her death may have remained hidden.
But how could Tessa possibly know any of this?
As she begins investigating Rebecca’s death, the past becomes increasingly difficult to leave alone. Her parents want her to stop searching, but Tessa cannot ignore the dreams or the little boy who continues to appear in them.
Somewhere between an unsolved crime and an inexplicable connection, Tessa must confront a mystery that challenges everything she understands about the past.
How did she dream of a death she knew nothing about?
Some secrets are buried in the ground. Others refuse to stay there.
BURIAL GROUND is a dark supernatural thriller about an unsolved death, a truth waiting to be uncovered, and an inexplicable connection that refuses to be ignored.
